At Which Wedding Invitations we offer a ever growing range of wedding services and products to meet all your special day needs. We have included a little explanation and some tips below;

Save/Keep the Day Free

People today have increasingly hectic schedules and it's important to advise guests of the date and time well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Wedding Invitations

Wedding Day and Evening Invitations should be sent to guests at least 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding to allow plenty of time for the replies to arrive. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery once your order has been placed (usually within 14-16 days but on larger orders in particular pleasec allow the extra time).

Order of Service

For church or other religious ceremonies an 'Order of Service' is generally required. One per guest should be ordered with a few extra copies for clergy, registrar, choir and last minute guests. May be ordered latest as arrangements can sometimes still be changed closer to the big day. Allow of course the 3 weeks delivery and processing.

Order of Day

For Civil weddings a 'Order of Day' will provide guests with a special memento and will guide them through the events planned for that special day. These can either be ordered and sent with invitations, or presented to each guest on arrival.

Reply Cards

Including a reply has become standard and is the most useful way of ensuring guests reply promptly, so that you can know numbers for your wedding day and evening celebration.

Wedding Menus

Menus provide an attractive, co-ordinated look to any wedding reception. Once again these can also be sent with invitations to allow for dietary requirements etc.

Table Plans

Table Plans show the seating arrangements to assist guests in finding their table at a quick glance.

Place Cards

Place Cards will help guests find their seat at the reception or dining table arrangement. Currently we are offering FREE Place Cards for the number of day guests on all order over £400; a saving of £40-£50 on an average wedding.

Thank You Cards

A Thanks You Card is an ideal opportunity to show your appreciation to guests for both attending your special day and for their generous gifts. This is also an opportunity to inform them of a change of address. Please order more than required as with any items that you need to write on, mistakes do happen.
